Requirements to Apply to Live in Willard Next Year (2024-2025)

All students applying to live in Willard for the 2024-2025 academic year must be either current Willard residents or dues-paying non-resident members.
Current resident members (students who have lived in Willard at any point during Fall or Winter quarter) must have earned at least 40 points.
Non-resident members (have applied for membership/paid dues and did not live in Willard at any point during Fall or Winter quarter) must have earned at least 25 points. Note that non-resident membership is not processed instantly--it can take up to three weeks to formally begin. You should apply for official non-resident status as early as possible to make sure it is active when you apply for housing.
Unless otherwise communicated via email by the college staff, the last day to earn points toward housing selection will be Friday, March 8, 2024, right before winter finals begin.
Housing in Willard is competitive. Earning the minimum number of required points does not guarantee you will be able to live in Willard next year, and is extremely unlikely to allow you to secure a single room. Talk to second year students to get a sense of the point totals required for your desired room.
No matter how many points you have, everyone applying to live in a room in Willard must meet these requirements. You cannot "carry" a non-Willard member student or a student that did not meet the points requirement using your points.

No exceptions can be made to these requirements, so be sure to get the points you need before March 8th.
